Help & FAQs

Everything you need to book your practice, manage your account and feel prepared for class.

How do I book a class?

Before selecting a class, look in the upper-right corner of the schedule. If you’re signed in correctly, you’ll see your initials or profile photo. If you see Log In, sign in using the email address connected to your existing studio account before continuing.

Please don’t create a new account if you already practice with us. A second account won’t recognize your current membership or package and may ask you to pay again.

Once you’re signed in, find the class you’d like to attend, select Book a Class, and then select Sign Up to complete your reservation.

How do I cancel a class?

Open your account and select Bookings from the menu. Find the upcoming class you can no longer attend and select Cancel.

Canceling your reservation allows someone else to use the space and helps your instructor know who to expect.

What happens if I cancel late or don’t attend?

Plans change, and that’s okay. You may cancel through your account at any time before the scheduled start of class. You can also let us know by replying directly to the email or text reminder you received before class.

If you don’t attend and haven’t canceled or contacted us before class begins, a $15 no-show fee will be charged.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

We’re happy to help you review your options. Email us at yoga@thetealyogi.com and let us know whether you’d like to cancel or temporarily pause your membership.

Please include the name and email address connected to your studio account so we can locate your membership and assist you.

Where can I see my remaining classes or package?

Sign in to your account and select Active Packages from the account menu. This is where you can view the memberships and class packages currently connected to your account.

If something you purchased isn’t showing, first confirm that you signed in with the same email address you used when making the purchase.

When does my class package expire?

Unlimited Monthly and Limited Monthly memberships renew each month.

A 10-Class Pack is valid for six months from the purchase date. A Single Class purchase is valid for seven days from the purchase date.

We recommend choosing the option that best matches how often you realistically plan to practice.

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and rest easily. Bring a yoga mat and water in a sealed bottle.

If you don’t have a yoga mat, you’re welcome to use one of ours. The studio also provides the props you may need during class, so you don’t need to purchase or bring anything special.

When should I arrive?

The studio doors open 15 minutes before class. Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to check in, gather your props and settle onto your mat without feeling rushed.

For everyone’s safety and to avoid interrupting the practice, the doors lock promptly when class begins. If the door is locked, class has already started and we won’t be able to let you in.

Which classes are best for beginners?

All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and you’ll always be encouraged to move at your own pace. The best place to begin depends on how much movement you’re looking for.

  • Restore & Renew: Our most restful option, with the least amount of movement.
  • Rise & Restore: A gentle balance of slow movement and restorative rest.
  • Healing Slow Flow: A slow, grounding flow with more continuous movement.
  • Empowerment Flow: Our most active option for building strength, confidence and energy.

If you aren’t sure where to begin, email us and we’ll help you choose a class that feels supportive.
